Company Graduate Trainee Program

1.Program Overview

We offer a 36-month graduate trainee program aimed at developing leadership, management, and functional skills, providing young talents with an immersive accelerated learning environment. The program combines on-the-job training, diverse project rotations, and solid professional foundations for trainee. Through personalized development plans and guidance from various leadership levels, interns will ultimately grow into key talents for CLNG, leveraging their full potential within the company.

2.Job Rotation 

The structured rotation program across different domains offers interns a multifaceted experience and practical skills, preparing them for delivering outstanding performance in the future.

Trainee will be assigned to various departments, with regular review conducted every 6 to 12 months before rotating to other departments. Through cross-departmental and cross-functional work, interns will grasp the essential elements of each department and gain a broader perspective as competent professionals.

3.Personalized Development Plan

Throughout the entire program, graduate trainee will regularly engage in coaching sessions with various leaders and the Human Resources department to ensure the progress of their development. Upon successful completion of predefined performance criteria, trainee may expect rapid career advancement awaits. At CLNG, performance, potential, and attitude are what we matter most!

4.Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for shipping-related majors or experience in financing project 

•Recent graduates or those with less than 2 years of full-time work experience

•CET-6 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above

•Interest in developing career in LNG shipping industry

•Sharp business acumen, conceptual thinking, analytical skills, and a pursuit of excellence

•Strong teamwork, self-motivation, leadership potential, excellent interpersonal and good communication skills

•Positive attitude towards challenges, willingness to innovate, and problem-solving abilities

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

•Excellent writing skills
