1.Job Position Information

Recruitment Department: Human Resources and Administration

Job Position: HR Senior Officer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Responsible for the recruitment and employee relations.

•Responsible for the management of employee salary review and bank payment within the scope of authority.

•Responsible for the preparation of payroll and labor cost budget, final accounts and liquidation work.

•Responsible for MPF management and salaries tax declaration for Hong Kong employees.

•Responsible for the calculation, declaration and payment of mainland tax for the company's expatriates in Hong Kong.

•Assist in implementing annual salary adjustment, performance management and foreign affairs visa work.

•Responsible for staff group medical, group life accident and office comprehensive insurance in Hong Kong.

•Responsible for drafting comprehensive documents and making PPT, including leader's speech, report materials, work summary plan and meeting minutes.

•Support the optimization and upgrading of the human resources information system and other important stage affairs. 

•Complete other work assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

•Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Chinese or related disciplines.

•At least 3 years working experience in HR management or secretarial field.

•Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English

•Good communication and team work skills.

•Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred.
