Currently serves as Director and General Manager of the Company. He is a Chief Engineer (Ocean-going) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering Management from Navigation College of Jimei University.He has held positions such as Chief Engineer at Guangzhou Haishun Shipping Company, Deputy General Manager of the Technical Department at Associated Maritime Company (Hong Kong) Limited, Deputy General Manager of the Operations Management Department at China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of CMES LNG Shipping Company Ltd. He has been serving as Director and General Manager of China LNG Shipping (Holdings) Limited since August 27, 2025.
Currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Company. He holds a Master's degree from the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 2011 with dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Law. His previous roles include working as a Chartering Executive in the Ocean Division I of COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd., serving as the Supervisor of the Secretary Office in the Administrative Affairs Department/Board Affairs Department of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited, acting as the Manager of the Dispatch Office in the VLCC Department and the Manager of the New Business Research Office in the New Business Development Department of COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd.
Capt. Shu Binglin graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1989 after which he spent 16 years at sea, working on various types of vessels, including VLCCs. This time included 4 years' command experience as Master and extensive experience of working in multi-cultural environment. In 2005, Capt. Shu was seconded to CLNG and spent 5 months in BP Shipping’s London office gaining LNG vessel management and operations experience. He then served as a key member of CLSICO’s preparatory team, Deputy General Manager (10 years) and General Manager of CLSICO (4 years). Since 24th November 2021, Capt. Shu was appointed as Deputy General Manager of CLNG and Shenzhen CLNG, Director of CLSICO. From September 21st 2022, Capt. Shu acts as the Chairman of CLSICO.
Currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (Australia) and holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Her previous roles include working as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as a Financial Administrator, Settlement Officer, and Funds Management Supervisor in the Finance Department of Dalian Ocean Shipping Company, and holding positions as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the Financial Management Department of COSCO SHIPPING Dalian Investment Co., Ltd. She also served as the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Financial Management Department at Dalian COSCO Shipping Energy Supply Chain Co., Ltd.
