Mr. Cong Jian, Master of Engineer in transportation awarded by the Dalian Maritime University, certified Master Mariner. Mr. Cong has extensive shipping industry experiences through his diverse engagement in aspects of tanker/gas carrier ranging from seafarer to manager. He used to work for DALIAN OCEAN SHIPPING CO., and was General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Tanker (USA) Inc., General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING LNG Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. On 21 September 2022, Mr. Cong was appointed as General Manager of China LNG Shipping (Holdings) Limited (“CLNG”) and Shenzhen CLNG Ship Technology Company Limited which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLNG.
Capt. Shu Binglin graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1989 after which he spent 16 years at sea, working on various types of vessels, including VLCCs. This time included 4 years' command experience as Master and extensive experience of working in multi-cultural environment. In 2005, Capt. Shu was seconded to CLNG and spent 5 months in BP Shipping’s London office gaining LNG vessel management and operations experience. He then served as a key member of CLSICO’s preparatory team, Deputy General Manager (10 years) and General Manager of CLSICO (4 years). Since 24th November 2021, Capt. Shu was appointed as Deputy General Manager of CLNG and Shenzhen CLNG, Director of CLSICO. From September 21st 2022, Capt. Shu acts as the Chairman of CLSICO.
Mr. Wu Jianshi is a senior economist with an EMBA from Nanjing University. He graduated from Shanghai Harbor School in 1986, and pursued further study in Wuhan institute of Water Transportation Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance & Economics and China University of Political Science and Law successively. He served as the Deputy Director of Finance Department, Head of Development Department, Deputy General Accountant of Nanjing Changjiang Tanker Co., Ltd, Deputy General Accountant and General Accountant of Nanjing Tanker Corporation. He has been served as the Chief Financial Officer of CLNG and Shenzhen CLNG since February 8th 2018.
