-2026 New Year’s Address by the Company’s General Manager

As the seasons turn and a new chapter unfolds, on this occasion of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, and in celebration of the New Year, I would like to extend, on behalf of the Company’s management, sincere greetings and best New Year wishes to all our hardworking ship and shore staff, as well as their families for their dedication! I also express heartfelt gratitude to leaders at all levels, customers and partners from all sectors of society who have long cared for and supported the development of CLNG!

In 2025, faced with a complex and ever-changing external environment and arduous development tasks, the Company, under the strong leadership of the Board of Directors, witnessed all employees uniting as one and forging ahead with determination. We navigated changes to create new opportunities, sought breakthroughs amid challenges, and actively addressed various difficulties and challenges with a practical and steadfast approach. This drove significant progress across all aspects of our work, and achieved high-quality development with remarkable and impressive results.

The Company focused on its core responsibilities and main business, achieving leapfrog development in its core operations. The fleet continued to expand, with 29 of the 36 LNG vessels invested by the Company now in operation, further highlighting our shipping capacity advantage. Throughout the year, we tackled challenges head-on and successfully completed the delivery for 5 new vessels from Hudong-Zhonghua and 2 from Hyundai Heavy Industries under the “QE Project Tranche 1”. This marked a new milestone in the company’s shipping capacity layout. We consistently adhered to the principles of pursuing excellence and advancing steadily, leading to a significant enhancement in our operational management capabilities. The safety and technical monitoring of our operating vessels proved highly effective, with continuous improvements in safety performance, laying a solid foundation for the successful fulfillment of our annual production and operation targets. We remained committed to innovation-driven development and refined management, strengthened technical supervision, and empowered cost control. In the supervision of the 5 new vessels built at Hudong-Zhonghua, we achieved precise control over both safety and costs, delivering the vessels ahead of schedule with remarkable results. This not only generated considerable returns for shareholders and consortium partners but also strongly supported the smooth progress of the independent supervision work for “QE Project Tranche 2.”

Corporate governance and brand building advanced side by side, significantly enhancing the Company’s overall strength. The corporate governance structure continued to improve, with the Board of Directors successfully completing its transition. The Company’s management and mid-level executives achieved a smooth handover, ensuring the continuity and stability of the company’s strategy and providing strong organizational support for high-quality development. The high-standard delivery of the Hong Kong office upgrade project not only solidified the foundation of our overseas team as a bridgehead but also became a vital showcase for elevating the Company’s corporate image and influence.

The journey ahead is long, and only through perseverance can we succeed. The remarkable achievements of 2025 are the result of the wisdom and hard work of all employees, serving as a solid foundation for us to embark on a new journey. Looking ahead to 2026, with significant responsibilities on our shoulders, we must continue to forge ahead with determination. In the new year, together with the management team, I will closely align with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. With a strong sense of responsibility toward our shareholders and clients, we will continue to advance key projects, deepen refined management, and strive to write a new chapter of high-quality development for the Company! As we welcome the Year of the Horse, I wish all colleagues to gallop forward like spirited steeds, pioneering and forging ahead; to advance steadily like experienced horses that know the way, proceeding with stability and vision.
