CLNG Successfully Holds Second Meeting of the Seventh Board of
Directors and Annual General Meeting

On April 23, 2026, CLNG successfully held its second meeting of the
seventh Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong. The meeting
was chaired by Zhang Yong, Chairman of
the Board, and attended by Xu Hui, Vice Chairman, as well as Board Directors Xu
Yinsheng, Liu Chunting, Cong Jian, Zhai Wenfeng, and Sheng Shanxing.
The Board duly reviewed and approved the Company's 2025 Work Report,
fully recognizing the company's achievements in 2025
amid a complex market environment. The Board put forward clear requirements on
key priorities, including optimizing strategic layout, deepening the
"national cargo, national shipping" initiative, strengthening risk
prevention and control, accelerating digital transformation, and reinforcing
talent development. Thereby setting a clear direction
and building a solid foundation for the Company's high-quality growth in 2026
The meeting reviewed and approved the Company's 2025 Financial
Report and adopted the 2025 Year-End Profit Distribution Proposal. The meeting
resolved to reappoint KPMG Huazhen LLP (Hong Kong) as the company's audit firm
for 2026. In addition, the Board reviewed and approved the revision and
addition of certain internal management policies, continuously improving the
company's internal control system and enhancing the level of governance
standardization.
The meeting was practical, efficient, and marked by sound
decision-making, reflecting the company's core philosophy of stable operations
and standardized governance. Looking ahead, the company will strictly implement
all Board resolutions, remain committed to its core energy transportation
business, strengthen risk prevention and control, deepen digital
transformation, fully support the national energy security strategy, deliver
value to shareholders through high-quality operations, empower the industry, and
continue to drive the high-quality development of China's LNG shipping sector.
