NYK and CLNG strengthened cooperation on LNG transportation project development

On January 22nd 2021, Mr. Junji Taki, General Manager of NYK China, Visited CLNG Shenzhen office. The meeting was held via video-conference with presence of  Mr Hironobu Watanabe, CEO of NYK LNG Division, along with NYK LNG business team from Tokyo Headquarter,  and Mr. Chen Ping, General Manager of CLNG, from CLNG Hong Kong Headquarter.

Both sides introduced its own LNG shipping business, reviewed the cooperation on the past projects, and hoped to enhance the bilateral cooperation  on other potential LNG projects in the near future. Both sides agreed to strengthen exchanges on ship operation, management and seafarer training. 

Based on mutual understanding and support, NYK and CLNG signed a MOU after the meeting.
