CLNG Participated in the opening ceremony of the first China-ASEAN "Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Ship Safety Management Capacity Building and Cooperation" training course

On September 23rd , CLNG Deputy General Manager Xu Jianping attended the opening ceremony of the first China-ASEAN "Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Ship Safety Management Capability Building and Cooperation" training course held in Shenzhen. Under the framework of the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism, the event was hosted by the Maritime Safety Administration of Ministry of Transport and undertaken by Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration. Nearly 50 maritime officials from ASEAN countries and 30 Chinese maritime officers participated in the event. Capt. Shu Binglin, General Manager of CLSICO was invited to give lectures on the safety management of LNG carrier containment system and LNG carrier ship-shore emergency response topic. CLNG and CLSICO have provided strong support in various ways for the successful holding of the training course, which was highly recognized by Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration.
