2024 New Year's Speech 

“Wish all of you a fresh start in the new year!” At the beginning of 2024 I would like to extend my most sincere blessings and greetings to all employees and their families, and express my deep gratitude and respect from the bottom of my heart for everyone's hard work in the year just gone on behalf of the company's management. 

In 2023, with the guidance and support of the board of directors, all the way we have experienced different challenges as well as lots of opportunities. We remained true to our original aspiration while we were competing, developed good and innovative strategies to cope with changes and all the difficult situations we met. We have achieved different kinds of operational targets. This is the result of all your hard work, dedication and scarify with no doubts. 

We seized the opportunity of global low-carbon energy development, dedicated our self in not only project operation but also project development. The ship of Shenzhen Gas Project has been officially put into operation to expand our fleet ; The Ships of PU Project have officially taken a substantial step towards the localization of dock repair; Successfully completed the LIBOR conversion of all existing project ships; The ships of Fujian Project completed the refinancing at a low interest rate. This became the first RMB financing project being launched in our company; The development of new projects being continued and advance steadily, the ships manufacturing of the first phase of the QP Project was in progress and on track, and the bidding of the second phase of the QP Project was in order. This lays the cornerstone for the company to achieve sustainable and stable development. 

In 2024, we will uphold the concept of effectiveness and efficiency. Continue to promote business innovation. We will remain focus on our responsibilities and businesses. Take advantages from accurate benchmark as well as competition and cooperation. We would also like to further improve the company's management mechanism, to optimize the work process by utilizing the measurable data approach in order to enhance production safety, efficiency and capital security. To drive and promote the high-quality development of our company.
